Placement and Human Resource DevelopmentCell of the college functions with the objective of providing guidance and assistance for the students to achieve their career goals.The main aim of the placement cell is to provide placements & internships to students.
Our College offers placements for all the students of different streams i.e. BA and B.Com. We invite different companies to our college. We also provide training to our students to enhance their knowledge to increase the employability by arranging sessions for soft skills, personality development programs through various trainers.
Human Resource Development cell helps the students in their personal, social, emotional, educational and career development. It intends to equip the students with the necessary skills to resolve problems pertaining to educational accomplishments and provide exposure to a variety of issues and activities ranging from local to national significance.
Objectives
- To develop & enhance the soft skills of the students like communication, presentation and thereby help their empowerment.
- To motivate the students to develop their skills by attending workshops.
- To conduct certificate courses and enhance the employability of the students.
- To develop the English language skills of the students and make them more competent in the job market.
- To conduct various programmes to make the students more productive.
- To conduct campus interviews

Recruitment in 2019-2020:
NEXA Lekhiya conducted placement drive in our college on 28th March, 2019.
2 students were selected in interview.
Apart from this, Students have been constantly engaging themselves in off campus interviews.

Aptitude and Reasoning Coaching:
Our institute had organised training on Aptitude and Reasoning for final year students. Training programme was inaugurated on 14thFeb. 2020.Classes had commenced from 17thFeb. 2020 at our college and 88 students had enrolled for the training programme. Workshop/Training Programs Conducted:
Workshop on ‘Job Opportunities and Recruitment Process’was conducted on 2nd January, 2021 at our college. Dr. M. B. Heggannavar, KPSC Member, Govt. of Karnataka was the Resource Person. More than 300 students benefitted from the workshop.
